Talvitie OÜ is part of the Finnish company WW Capital Oy, an investment firm that focuses on supporting small and medium-sized businesses in their growth and success. The company’s investment portfolio also includes logistics properties.
Our operations began in 1998, and currently, the company is fully owned by the Talvitie family. We collaborate closely with investor partners and financial institutions. Our investment focus is particularly on the Finnish and Estonian markets.

The combined revenue of the companies we own is approximately 45 million euros (proforma 2024), and we employ 110 professionals. We manage and own approximately 70,000 square meters of warehouse properties. The strength of our properties and logistics network enables the smooth movement of our customers’ goods every day.
